Handmade quilting yoyos handcrafted in shades of beguiling French blue cotton waltz across this custom waistcoat design. Stitched with couture precision to form a below-the-waist vest with a dancing, curved flare, the front closures feature a trio of hand-wrapped cotton hooks.
