Kick up your heels in this 33” flirty skirt that boasts triple tiers of charming floral toile. The rose-tinted cotton prints are highlighted with a flirtatious blush pink layer of tulle that peeks from below the hemline. With an elasticized waistband, the look is finished with a 3” wide, 54” long waist tie in dark maroon, a rich contrast to the pastel palette.
